This is a gorgeous necklace featuring a jade pendant
carved into the shape of a Ru Yi with a bat.
The Ru Yi is a symbol of authority used by high ranking Chinese
officials of ancient times. Wearing a Ruyi necklace is believed to bring
authority and promotion luck to those who wish to climb the career
ladder.
In traditional China, the bat is a popular auspicious symbol of good
luck, prosperity and wealth because the sound for Bats in Chinese, ‘Fuk’
is similar to good fortune and happiness. One can often see symbols of

This pendant is strung on tough Chinese silk string. The length of this
