How do I take the remedies, and when will I feel a sense of well being?
The most effective method for taking the essences is to apply a few drops directly to the temples, pulse points or acupuncture points using your fingers. It is recommended that you allow the drops to warm in your fingers a little prior to application. The drops which you apply may be direct from a stock bottle (i.e., the remedies listed below), or you may dilute and succuss the remedy (7 drops to 25mL of purified water), and use the resulting remedy (dilutions should be used within 3-4 weeks). Other methods of applying the remedies include a few drops of stock strength in an oil burner, massaging into the skin, or placing placing the drops into a bath. For animals, drops may be rubbed through their coat. Due to the "matching" which needs to occur, it is recommended that the essence(s) are used for at least 3-4 weeks for results. It is best for a slow gradual healing, which is often more comfortable than a "shock" recovery.
