screen below. The numbers in brackets next to each statement indicate the responses from the patient in part 1. All that Flowerbase has done is order the responses from highest to lowest, identifying issues which form a major part of the patient's stress related problems. Once a statement is selected, we come to part 3 of the assessment. |
