An Alternative Approach to Stress & Emotional Well Being Imagine if we could go through life having mastery over our emotions and mental spheres, and that we could no longer be plagued by lessons and challenges which seem to continually be dumped upon us all. We find our day to day lives filled with societal demands and challenges, which often leave us as unhappy individuals - demands such as those put on us through people, work, relationships, and other experiences which are universally common to us all as we work our way through life. Since the ealier part of this century, psychology and psychiatry have turned the mysteries of the human psyche into a definable science, where we can categorise personality types, and define the many types of stress into terms such as depression, guilt, anger, lack of confidence, addiction, and many other terms which define how we react to the challenges in life.
